The ChDB Yagi 310–330 (1016) antenna is a Yagi-Uda directional antenna from the Ukrainian manufacturer ChDB (CherkasyDroneBud) for 310–330 MHz radio control channels. It is designed for ground-based TX transmitters, control panels, and external modules in MIL ELRS systems and ChDB kits in this sub-band, where increased range and communication stability are required.
Gain 7.3 dBi, linear polarization, VSWR < 1.5 in the 310–330 MHz band. Beamwidth: 90° (horizontal) / 120° (vertical). Connection via RG316 cable (100 cm, 50 Ohm) with SMA (male) connector. Includes a "crab" clamp for quick mounting on a mast or rail.
Dimensions 640×440 mm, weight 446 g, materials — aluminum and plastic. An optimal solution for a control point instead of an omnidirectional antenna when range is critical at frequencies around 320 MHz.
Key Features
- Type: Yagi-Uda, directional antenna.
- Range 310–330 MHz (VSWR < 1.5).
- Gain 7.3 dBi, impedance 50 Ohm.
- Polarization: linear.
- Beam angle: 90° (horiz.) / 120° (vert.).
- RG316 cable 100 cm, SMA (male) connector.
- "Crab" clamp included.
Key Advantages
- High gain 7.3 dBi: significantly greater range compared to dipole/Moxon at the same frequency.
- Wide coverage angle: 90°/120° — easier to maintain communication when the drone moves within the sector.
- Ready-to-use 1m RG316 feeder: connects to TX without custom cables.
- "Crab" clamp: quick mounting on mast, railings, or rails without drilling.
- Compatible with ChDB 310–330: pairs with dipole RX and 370–550 / MIL ELRS systems in the corresponding sub-band.
- In-house production: durable aluminum grid, designed for field operation.
Areas of Application
- Ground-based TX transmitter at the control point (310–330 MHz).
- ChDB radio control kits in the 310–330 MHz sub-band.
- FPV and UAV/RPV with a control channel at ~320 MHz.
- Field and stationary posts where a directional antenna is needed instead of a telescopic dipole.
- TX antenna upgrade to increase range in a "noisy" environment.
Package Contents
- Yagi-Uda 310–330 MHz antenna with RG316 cable (100 cm) and SMA (male).
- "Crab" clamp for mounting.

Operating Warnings
- Orient the Yagi towards the UAV's flight zone; you may need to re-orient the antenna if the operator's position changes.
- Use only with TX/systems in the 310–330 MHz range — VSWR and range degrade at other frequencies.
- Tighten SMA without misalignment; do not strain the RG316 cable during installation.
- Secure the "crab" clamp firmly — wind and vibrations should not displace the antenna.
- Keep the antenna grid away from metal structures that distort the radiation pattern.
The ChDB Yagi 310–330 antenna is a powerful ground-based solution for Sub-GHz control: 7.3 dBi, wide beam angle, and a ready-to-use mounting kit for quick deployment on position.
