What is a concrete vibrator?
A concrete vibrator is construction equipment used with fresh concrete after pouring. It is not used for mixing the solution. Its main task is to remove air from the concrete mass so that the mixture settles more densely around the crushed stone, rebar, and formwork walls.
A concrete vibrator is needed when pouring foundations, slabs, stairs, columns, screeds, or small monolithic sections. If concrete is left without compaction, voids may remain inside. The surface will look normal, but the strength will be lower.
