Flight Controller for Wings with Built-in Initiator «Boryspil+ v1» — 603700 FPV

The «Boryspil+ v1» flight controller is a professional solution for fixed-wing UAVs, combining a powerful FC and a built-in initiator. The device is designed for quick assembly, reliable operation, and use in industrial and engineering projects. It is based on the STM32F405RGT6 microcontroller and modern sensors for stable and precise flight control.

Ease of Installation and Ergonomics

The board is designed for quick and convenient installation: the elimination of small screws in favor of standoffs soldered to the board significantly reduces assembly time for single and serial production. The USB port is brought out to the front of the FC board, eliminating the need for an external USB board and simplifying connection to a computer. The board has pads for connecting a buzzer, and a buzzer is included in the kit — connection is at the user's discretion.

Power and Outputs

The controller has two battery connection contacts for convenient installation regardless of battery orientation. Servo1 is duplicated on the PDB: when using a single motor, the S1 and GND signal contacts can be connected directly to the PDB board simultaneously with motor power.

Built-in Initiator — Safety and Independence

The initiator is placed in a separate block on the top of the FC board: its own microcontroller and separate accelerometer allow separating the processing of initiator signals from the main controller, which reduces the load on the FC and increases reliability. The kit includes a remote mechanical safety pin (pull-pin) with a cable and a quick-release terminal block with vertical placement, convenient for aircraft designs.

Four Levels of Protection and Safety Algorithms

The «Boryspil+ v1» system implements a comprehensive approach to safety, combining hardware and software mechanisms: self-diagnosis on power-up, mechanical and electronic safety pins, and safety timers.

  • Self-diagnosis: on power-up, the controller checks accelerometer data, the presence of the pull-pin, battery charge level, and the presence of a PWM signal for initiation
  • Mechanical Safety Pin: after the pull-pin is removed, a 4-minute safety timer starts; if the pull-pin is reinserted into the starting position — after four short beeps, the device deactivates and the timer resets
  • Safety Timer: for 4 minutes, the device does not react to impacts and detonation signals (1500 µs) from the remote control
  • Electronic Safety Pin: ARM/DISARM from the remote control via PWM channel — after an ARM signal (1000 µs) is given, the initiator begins to react to overloads and the detonation command
