The previous version of the Caddx Ratel FPV camera proved to be one of the best cameras for low-light flying, but the new Caddx Ratel 2 sets a new standard of quality. The camera now uses a Japanese imported 5-megapixel lens from DJI Air Unit, which provides a clearer and brighter image without distortion, and also has thickened glass to reduce the possibility of damage.

The camera now features a magnesium-aluminum alloy metal casing that completely encloses the camera on all sides. Yet, the Caddx Ratel 2 weighs only 6 grams!

The camera still uses a 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor with Sony Starlight technology, providing light sensitivity up to 0.0001 lux, low latency up to 8 ms, and standard switchable 4:3 / 16:9 formats and PAL / NTSC systems.
