5.8 GHz Clover Antenna (LHCP)
Clover 5.8 GHz Antenna
Omnidirectional cloverleaf antenna for transmitting and receiving radio signals
The CLOVER 5.8 GHz antenna from BlueBird Tech is an omnidirectional cloverleaf antenna designed for transmitting and receiving radio signals in systems operating in the 4.9–6.1 GHz range. Thanks to its wide operating range, the antenna can be used in various radio engineering devices. It ensures operation on both the transmitting and receiving sides of the radio link.
The antenna has right-hand circular polarization, an omnidirectional radiation pattern, and a gain of approximately 2.0 dBic.
CLOVER 5.8 GHz Antenna Functions
- Transmitting radio signals in the 4.9–6.1 GHz range.
- Receiving radio signals in the 4.9–6.1 GHz range.
- Operating on the transmitting and receiving sides of the radio link.
- Forming an omnidirectional radiation pattern.
- Operating with right-hand circular polarization.
- Connecting to compatible equipment via an SMA male connector.
CLOVER 5.8 GHz Antenna Operating Principle
- The antenna connects to compatible transmitting or receiving equipment via an RG402 coaxial cable with an SMA male connector.
- During transmission, the antenna emits a radio signal with right-hand circular polarization. The omnidirectional radiation pattern ensures signal propagation around the antenna.
- During reception, the CLOVER 5.8 GHz receives radio signals within its operating range and transmits them to the connected equipment.
