Additional Features and Design Solutions

• Unique side cummerbunds provide space for ballistic soft armor panels or plates measuring 170x220 mm and 420 mm.
• Damping pads on the inner surface, 15 mm thick, reduce the risk of blunt force trauma, enhance comfort, and improve ventilation by creating a gap between the armor plate and the wearer's body.
• Reinforced quick-release mechanisms of Italian manufacture (2M DUE on shoulders and sides) allow the vest to be removed in a critical situation in 1 second.

Ballistic Characteristics

The 2.8 kg armor plate complies with Class 6 protection according to DSTU and is designed to protect against a B-32 bullet fired from an SVD at a distance of 10 meters. The 250x300 mm plate is made of ceramic (Al2O3) and UHMWPE, has a standard Type E shape with cut corners and a 3D curve for optimal body contouring. Certified to NATO standards, it provides NIJ IV+ protection level, equivalent to Class 6 according to DSTU 8782:2018. The maximum back face signature does not exceed 21 mm, which meets the standards.
