Spot welding is the fastest and most reliable method for joining welding strips when manufacturing and repairing battery packs. Unlike soldering, the GLITTER 811H does not heat cell casings to critical temperatures, which reduces the risk of damage. The GLITTER 811H model uses a fundamentally new circuit based on two high-efficiency capacitors, allowing it to accumulate energy and deliver pulsed current up to 3500 A (pulse power 19.8 kW). This significantly exceeds the capabilities of conventional transformer welders (600–950 A). Thanks to this design, the device generates short, intense pulses, features low component heating during operation, and economical energy consumption. Compact dimensions of 67×176×126 mm and a weight of 2 kg make the GLITTER 811H convenient for workshop and field work.
