Plate Carrier Design

The Warmor gen.3 Pro plate carrier is made of ultra-durable Cordura 1000D material, resistant to wear, moisture, UV radiation, and mechanical damage. The material is non-flammable, and the seams are reinforced with armored nylon thread for increased durability. Inside, a mesh lining is provided for improved ventilation and reduced risk of overheating. The tactical vest is fully covered with a MOLLE system for attaching pouches and accessories. Shoulder straps are equipped with risers for height adjustment and optimal weight distribution. Side cummerbunds are secured with Velcro fasteners and allow for the installation of 150x300 mm side ballistic inserts. A quick-release system on the shoulders and sides allows the vest to be removed in one second.

Ballistic Protection

The body armor set includes Class 4 steel armor plates with an 8% anatomical curve, laminated with anti-fragmentation ballistic fiber and a soft rubber dampener. The armor plates comply with DSTU standards and have passed tests in leading ballistic laboratories in Ukraine, confirmed by firing protocols and certificates.

Plate material: high-quality Armox steel with a three-layer structure:

• Reinforced felt layer — prevents secondary shrapnel injury.
• Steel armor plate — provides primary protection against firearm injuries.
• Dampening layer — reduces the force and consequences of blunt trauma, absorbs impact energy.

Protection class — 4 according to DSTU 8782:2018, confirmed by firing protocols and certificates. The weight of one armor plate is 3.1 kg, the weight of the armor plate set is 6.2 kg. Additional Protection and Options
