YTO EX1304 Tractor — Reliability and Versatility in Operation

The YTO brand, with over half a century of experience in agricultural machinery manufacturing, presents the YTO EX1304 Tractor model — a powerful and economical large-class mototractor designed for intensive use on large farms, construction sites, and in challenging road conditions. This machine combines high durability, versatility in application, and adaptation to the requirements of the European and Ukrainian markets.

At the heart of the tractor is a 6-cylinder naturally aspirated LR6M5-23 diesel engine, manufactured under Perkins license: displacement 7.7 L, power 130 hp (88.2 kW), torque 451 Nm at 1650 rpm. The engine is equipped with a forced liquid cooling system and pre-start heating, ensuring reliable operation in cold climates.

The fuel system and fuel pump enhance resistance to fuel quality and contribute to compliance with emission standards. Air purification is performed by an external filter with an oil bath, which increases engine longevity in dusty environments.

The tractor is equipped with a LUK-manufactured 12-inch dual-action single-disc clutch and a mechanical gearbox under Italian Fiat license with 12 forward and 4 reverse speeds (12+4). This allows for precise speed selection: 2.3–30.6 km/h forward and 5.0–14.3 km/h reverse. The transmission has a cooling system for stable operation under load.

A separate hydraulic system with three pairs of hydraulic outlets and a capacity of 44 l/min, a gear hydraulic pump driven by the engine, and a hitch lifting capacity of 4500 kg allow for the use of heavy implements. The tractor's PTO has a power of 78.32 kW with speeds of 540 (6 splines) and 1000 (21 splines). Mechanical locking of the rear differential, a device for external hitch control, and 2 additional remote hydraulic cylinders are provided.

Chassis and running gear parameters: front/rear wheel track 1822–2153 / 1662–2262 mm, front/rear tire size 14.9-26 / 18.4-38, turning radius 7 m, ground clearance 470 mm, wheelbase 2688 mm. Overall dimensions (LxWxH) are 4770 x 2330 x 2960 mm, and the curb weight is 5800 kg. For optimal balancing, counterweights are installed: 10 pcs of 50 kg on the front wheels, and 6 pcs of 50 kg on the rear wheels.

The steering system is hydraulic, independent; brakes are oil-immersed disc brakes with hydraulic drive. A pneumatic brake drive for the trailer with a compressor (1-circuit) is provided for safe transport of implements.

The sealed tractor cabin provides 360° visibility and comfortable operator working conditions: cabin filter, interior trim, heating and air conditioning system, comfortable GRAMMER SEAT with suspension and seat belt, MP3 radio, front and rear window wipers with washers, sun visor, 12V socket, license plate illumination, and a toolbox.
