Description

NAR Thermal Blanket for Prevention and Treatment

The NAR (North American Rescue) Thermal Blanket — a patented HPMK® kit with a special HRS™ heat-reflective shell, designed as a CoTCCC/TCCC recommended solution for preventing hypothermia during casualty care. This thermal blanket provides reliable thermal protection in field conditions thanks to its multi-layer construction, self-heating liner, and thoughtful design solutions.

Key Advantages:
TCCC/CoTCCC recommended solution for hypothermia prevention during prehospital casualty care.
Provides up to 10 hours of continuous dry heat thanks to an oxygen-activated, self-heating liner (no external power source required).
HRS™ — a 4-layer composite fabric outer shell with a protected non-conductive reflective layer for excellent thermal insulation.
Tapered top-to-bottom shape, integrated hood, and integrated fluid absorption pad enhance isothermal capabilities.
Continuous 1.5-inch hook-and-loop closures around the perimeter provide 360° rapid access to the casualty with minimal element exposure.
The design is reinforced and tested to support over 250 lbs.
