Composition and Antimicrobial Action

The dressing is made from natural polymers and a modern antiseptic. It contains polyhexamethylene guanidine hydrochloride (PHMG-HCl), which provides prolonged antimicrobial activity, inhibiting the development of bacteria, viruses, and fungi, including Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The complex of excipients moisturizes tissues and reduces inflammatory reactions.

Mechanism of Action and Benefits

The three-dimensional gel-like structure adheres tightly to the wound surface, creates a moist healing environment, prevents tissue dehydration, promotes the rejection of necrotic masses, and stimulates the appearance of new epithelium.
