The BFHK-5001+ from Scream Industries is a ready-to-use RF bandpass filter with a passband of 4500–5300 MHz, based on LTCC technology.
Unlike bare-chip solutions, this filter comes assembled: the LTCC element is mounted on a board and connected to two gold-plated SMA connectors, allowing for immediate integration into any test bench, test setup, or finished device without additional mounting.
The filter provides typical insertion loss of 3.6 dB in the passband and suppression of unwanted signals up to 54 dB at frequencies up to 13 GHz. The ceramic LTCC construction guarantees stable characteristics in a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, high humidity, and mechanical stress.
