Volter Smart-22 — Single-Phase Frost-Resistant Voltage Stabilizer
Smart-22 is a single-phase voltage stabilizer for an apartment or house with a maximum power of 22 kW. It belongs to the Volter Smart series and is designed to provide stabilized voltage to all types of electrical consumers when powered from a grid with unsatisfactory voltage quality.
It can be used in unheated rooms or outdoors in a place protected from precipitation due to its frost-resistant design.
The stabilizer ensures that the output voltage is unaffected by both changes and surges in the input voltage and changes in the load. To achieve this, it contains a reference voltage source with grid frequency and a stable value, against which the stabilizer's output voltage is continuously compared.
Thanks to this design, the stabilizer does not react even to very sharp, almost instantaneous changes in the input voltage and reacts very quickly to any changes in the load.
Independence from load type is also implemented: the stabilizer works equally well with active, capacitive, and inductive loads, provided that the output current does not exceed the permissible value.
