The tourniquet can be positioned with the C-shaped retainer in any direction for convenient extraction.
An internal intermediate retainer prevents the tourniquet from falling out when the pouch is opened, but allows for easy extraction when needed, reducing the time required for tourniquet application. An additional fastening system allows the pouch to be attached to gear not equipped with standard MOLLE or Laser Cut attachments, increasing its versatility.
