Warbelt Load-Bearing System (LBS)
Purpose:
The Warbelt LBS is designed to relieve strain on the shoulders and spine by shifting the main weight to the legs. Most of the ammunition load is transferred from the body armor to the LBS, allowing for effective load redistribution.
Design and Ergonomics
-
Features a rigid frame that prevents the belt from twisting under load.
-
Anatomical shape and quick-tightening system allow the LBS to be used without a shoulder harness — all load is transferred from the back to the pelvis.
-
Cutouts in the front of the LBS allow for bending, squatting, and other movements without restriction.
-
The rear attachment of the shoulder system is made of an elastic strap that keeps the LBS in place when leaning forward.
Ventilation System and Comfort
-
Equipped with 3D mesh for ventilation and a soft fit.
-
Additionally uses a two-layer cushioning base.
-
The second layer consists of pads that create ventilation channels to wick heat away from the body.
-
No pressure or discomfort when carrying ammunition.
