The dressing has a 2 mm thick hydrogel layer and a reinforced mesh matrix, which ensures high product strength and the ability to absorb a significant volume of exudate without disintegrating during use.

This medical product cools the burn site, reduces the likelihood of burn blisters, protects the wound from infection, and lowers the risk of hypertrophic scar formation. In cases of sufficiently deep damage, the dressing can function as a "second skin," facilitating subsequent care and reducing pain during dressing changes.
Indications for Use
- I, II, and III degree burns (thermal, chemical, electrical);
- sunburns, abrasions, insect bites;
- as an auxiliary agent in the treatment of trophic ulcers, diabetic foot, pressure sores;
- skin damage with exudate.
Thanks to its drainage and sorption properties, necrotic formations soften, allowing for easier and less painful removal. The dressing does not adhere to the wound surface, which allows for painless replacement without removing a new layer of epithelium. The duration of the dressing on the wound depends on the wound's condition and the healing phase and should not exceed 48 hours.
