Design Features
Unlike the first generation of our tourniquet pouches, the MM-14 model almost completely encloses the tourniquet but does not hinder its removal thanks to a well-thought-out system of Velcro flaps. The pouch opens in two stages: the first flap with a "tongue" is secured with Velcro and hidden in an elastic pocket; the second is an additional Velcro flap. Inside, two pockets are symmetrically located on two edges, allowing the tourniquet to be inserted in an unfolded state, so with proper folding, it is immediately ready for use. Elastic retainers for a marker and small scissors are sewn onto one of the pockets.
Compatibility and Attachment Methods
The pouch attaches vertically to the MOLLE system with one strap. It is also possible to hang the pouch horizontally on a belt up to 50 mm wide by threading it through the MOLLE loops; for this purpose, the last loop is double to hide the strap and ensure secure attachment.
