Ruike M662-TZ Folding Knife
The M662-TZ is an updated interpretation of the popular P662-B from the Ruike brand, created for those who appreciate a combination of style, simplicity, and reliability. This folding knife is designed for everyday use and withstands increased loads thanks to its well-thought-out design and quality materials.
The blade is made of 154CM steel, a premium grade containing a large amount of chromium (±14%) and carbon (1.1%). Chromium provides increased corrosion resistance, while carbon gives the necessary hardness and durability to the cutting edge. The steel hardness is 58-60 HRC, the blade thickness at the spine is 3.5 mm, and the working length of the blade is 74 mm. The blade shape is Wharncliffe, ideal for precise and accurate cuts; the Bead Blasted finish gives the surface a matte look and helps hide minor scratches.
For quick blade deployment, there is a thumb stud that needs to be pressed when opening — the blade easily locks into the working position thanks to the Frame Lock. At the base of the spine, there are multiple jimping notches, which act as a finger rest when piercing or working with dense materials. The blade grind is plain (straight grind), making the knife versatile for a wide range of tasks.
The handle is composite: one side is made of TC4 titanium, the other — of G10 fiberglass laminate. Titanium provides corrosion resistance and reduces the weight of the structure, while the textured G10 surface improves grip even in wet conditions. A pocket clip, secured by two screws, is located at the tail of the handle, allowing the knife to be carried compactly and discreetly in a clothing pocket. The weight with the clip is 60 g, and when open, the total length of the structure reaches 169 mm.
