Construction Description
The knife blade is made of high-carbon Nitro-V steel, which contains vanadium and nitrogen for increased corrosion resistance. The blade surface is treated with a gray stonewash method, which reduces metallic glare and hides scratches and fingerprints. The grind type is plain; the steel hardness is 58-60 HRC. For smooth and reliable opening, a 6AL4V titanium thumb stud is provided, and ceramic bearings are used in the mechanism.
Blade locking is a standard liner lock. For safe and comfortable use, the knife has a ribbed thumb ramp on the spine and an index finger choil, which reduce the risk of the hand slipping onto the blade. The handle butt features a two-position stainless steel clip and a wide lanyard hole.
