Description and Light Module
Under the tempered glass, a single Luminus SST40 LED is installed with a color temperature of approximately 6000K and a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours. The smooth reflector increases the beam distance: the manufacturer's text mentions 257 meters as the reflector's indicator, and in the specifications and Turbo mode — up to 267 meters. A metal bezel around the head protects the lens from damage. For soft illumination of a small area, the Fenix AOD-S V2.0 diffusion filter (sold separately) can be used.

The LD30R has 7 modes, divided into two groups: main (five constant light modes) and flashing (two modes).
Main Group

Please note! The runtime in Turbo mode is specified taking into account sequential power reduction: when the electronics heat up to a critical temperature of 60℃, intelligent overheat protection is activated, and the flashlight automatically switches to less bright modes.
Controls
The model features a combined control type: a side electronic switch in the head and a tail cap button. The tail cap button allows for momentary illumination when pressed or constant light when fully pressed; pressing again turns off the flashlight. Transitions between mode groups are made by pressing and holding the side switch for 0.5 seconds when the light is on. In the main group, modes change in the order: Moonlight → Low → Mid → High → Turbo. In the flashing group, a single press of the side switch cycles through: Strobe → SOS. There is a memory for the last mode in the main group — the flashlight saves the last power level and activates it on the next turn-on.
Power Source and Charging
The recommended power source is an 18650 battery, specifically the proprietary ARB-L18 with a capacity of 3400 mAh (nominal voltage 3.6 V). Charging occurs in the battery compartment via a USB Type-C port located in the head of the body, using the included charging cable. With a 5V 2A adapter, a full battery charge takes approximately 3 hours; the indicator in the side switch signals the completion of charging. The indicator shows the charge level when turned on: Green (constant) 100%–85%, Green (flashing) 85%–50%, Red (constant) 50%–25%, Red (flashing) 25%–1%.
Instead of a rechargeable battery, 2 disposable CR123A batteries (nominal voltage 3.0 V) may be used. The use of other power sources, such as LiFePO4 18650 or li-ion 16340, is prohibited.
Physical Parameters and Protection
The body is made of CNC-machined aluminum with an anodized coating for increased wear resistance; knurling is applied in the grip area to prevent slipping. The flashlight withstands drops from a height of 1 meter and has an IP68 protection rating — it operates after half an hour of submersion to a depth of 2 meters. Dimensions: 129.7 mm (length) × 26.5 mm (head diameter) × 22.6 mm (tail diameter). Weight: 132 g (with battery installed). For convenient carrying, a branded holster and a removable clip are included.
