Fenix Scout (HM23 V2.0) Tactical Headlamp — Limited Edition
The Fenix Scout headlamp is an updated and improved HM23 model, adapted for the needs of tourists, fishermen, hunters, and military personnel in field conditions. This limited version features a detachable body from the head mount for use as a handheld flashlight, and several 2835 red LEDs have been added for expanded functionality and more anonymous illumination.
Light Modes and Control
The model has two functional blocks of modes: a red light group and a white light group. By default, the headlamp activates in red beam mode, minimizing the risk of attracting attention upon activation. Control is implemented with a single button on the body: sequential presses and holds allow switching modes, turning on/off, and activating device lockout to prevent accidental activation.
Red Light Group

Power Source and Charging
The headlamp is powered by one ARB-L14-2200U 14500 Li-ion battery (2200 mAh), which has no memory effect, is resistant to low temperatures, and withstands about 300 charge/discharge cycles. In emergencies, the proprietary battery can be replaced with an AA alkaline battery with a nominal voltage of 1.5 V. Charging is done via the built-in USB Type-C port; the charging indicator glows red during charging and green when 100% charged.
Design and Features
The body is made of impact-resistant aluminum alloy, protecting the electronics from drops up to 2 m high. The matte surface of the body improves grip and reduces the visibility of minor scratches during prolonged use. The ingress protection rating is IP68, ensuring protection against moisture, powerful water jets, and temporary submersion.
The model comes with a head mount with an adjustable black elastic strap without reflective inserts to maintain user anonymity.
