The HappyModel X12 AIO flight controller from the Happymodel brand is a fully integrated "5-in-1" board designed for lightweight 1-2S Whoop and mini FPV quadcopters. The integrated video transmitter operates under OpenVTX firmware and supports SmartAudio 2.1 and IRC Tramp control protocols. Transmission power can be switched between 25mW (14dBm), 100mW (20dBm), and 400mW (26dBm) modes; antenna connection is via a u.FL connector. Important note: the video transmitter can get very hot during prolonged operation as it is an integrated part of the board; it is not recommended to leave the board powered on for long periods without natural air circulation. Do not power on the board without an antenna connected.
ELRS Receiver and Compatibility
The model features an integrated ELRS 2.4GHz receiver, connected via SPI with a built-in SMD antenna. The receiver is fully compatible with ELRS 2.0; for ELRS 3.0 operation, the latest Betaflight 4.4 version is required. This configuration makes the board ideal for modern 1-2S builds with high functionality and low weight.
