Quatro-GRIP design.
Plates from Ukrainian manufacturer RN-Sport with 4 hand grips (Quatro-GRIP)
Plates with such grips are safe and convenient to use. With the quatro grip, the plates can be used as a standalone piece of equipment for various exercises (plate raises to strengthen shoulders, plate rotations around the torso to strengthen abdominal muscles (abs and obliques), overhead press to work triceps, forearm exercises...). In addition to exercises, the plates serve as additional weight for barbells and dumbbells.
The plates are made of metal. After processing, the plates are heated in an oven to a temperature of 180-200 degrees, painted with impact-resistant paint, and then baked again to form a durable coating.
