Description of Kentavr KBG-283A Gasoline Generator

The Kentavr KBG-283A gasoline mini power station was developed for users who want to save on purchase while getting a fairly reliable product. The Kentavr KBG-283A model differs from the Kentavr KBG-283 model only in that the rotor and stator windings of the electric generator in the Kentavr KBG-283A are aluminum. However, this design solution does not affect the operation and performance of the product.

The Kentavr KBG-283A gasoline mini power station is intended exclusively for household use and can be used as a backup or emergency source of electrical energy for single-phase AC consumers.

The maximum AC power of the generator is 3.0 kW. The Kentavr KBG-283A will become an indispensable assistant in providing electricity to a dacha or country house in the absence of a stationary power grid or in an emergency.

Thanks to the capacious fuel tank (15 liters), the power station can operate continuously without refueling for 11 hours. The minimum fuel consumption is 395 g/kWh.

To prevent engine damage in case of insufficient oil in the crankcase, an emergency system is provided. If the oil level in the crankcase is low, the emergency system will stop the engine, thereby preventing its damage.
