The IFAK (Individual First-Aid Kit) for the Armed Forces of Ukraine is designed and equipped in accordance with the list of medical products provided to personnel of security and defense forces, as per Order No. 506 of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine dated July 24, 2024. Important: the first-aid kit does not include medicines.

This IFAK model is designed for prompt first aid on the battlefield. The design and contents are selected to quickly address critical life threats — emergency limb bleeding, chest injuries (open pneumothorax), and other dangerous situations.

The pouch is made of water-repellent pixel camouflage fabric; the pouch walls are reinforced with plastic inserts to protect the contents from compression and impacts. Inside, there is an insert for supplies, secured by an elastic coiled cord. Additionally, the first-aid pouch has a separate tourniquet pouch that can be attached to a chest rig, body armor, belt, or backpack using the M.O.L.L.E. attachment system. The back of the pouch also features M.O.L.L.E. straps for convenient mounting on gear.
