AFU INAP First-Aid Kit (with CAT 7 Tourniquets) — PARAMEDIC

The AFU INAP tactical first-aid kit from the PARAMEDIC brand is designed for prompt first aid in combat conditions. It is equipped according to the list of medical products provided to security and defense personnel, in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine dated July 24, 2024, No. 506. The first-aid kit does not contain medicines and is intended to stabilize the injured person until professional medical assistance arrives.

Purpose and Design

The first-aid kit is designed for rapid control of critical limb bleeding, assistance with open pneumothorax, and other urgent measures: wound packing, application of an occlusive dressing, and thermal protection of the injured. The pouch is made of water-repellent pixel-pattern fabric, with walls reinforced with plastic inserts to protect the contents from compression and impact. Inside, there is an insert for convenient component placement, secured by an elastic coiled cord. A separate compartment is provided for a tourniquet pouch, and M.O.L.L.E. system straps are located on the back and front, allowing the first-aid kit to be attached to a chest rig, body armor, belt, or backpack.
