The operating principle of the GV-156-IP-COS50-30H POE 5MP IP video surveillance camera is based on streaming image transmission over wired networks. Standard network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, IPv4, UPNP, RTSP, RTMP, SMTP, NTP, DHCP, DNS, IP Filter, PPPOE, DDNS are used for video signal transmission. In addition to security functions (object video surveillance), IP cameras can solve the following tasks:
