The Vitals ALI 1210dd inverter charger is designed for charging 12V lead-acid and GEL batteries, including automotive, tractor, and motorcycle batteries, with a capacity of up to 150 Ah. It can operate using a household single-phase electrical network or a portable power source (mini power station) with a voltage of 230 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. It is suitable for use in both stationary and field conditions.
The device's light weight — 1 kg — and small dimensions allow it to be kept "on hand" at all times — in a car (glove compartment or trunk). No special storage conditions are required.
Reliable Design
The charger's design is based on an inverter-type energy converter and an electric current rectifier. The device is equipped with a charging current display, control elements, cooling, and safety systems. Reliable automation controls the charging current, protecting the charger and battery from damage. When the battery is charged, the device switches to charge maintenance mode. Therefore, there is no need for continuous monitoring of the charging process and no time limit for connecting the battery to the charger.
12-bit Microprocessor
The Vitals ALI 1210dd charger is equipped with a 12-bit microprocessor. This is the main controller of the compact device. It protects the device from operator errors and power supply fluctuations in the network. Thanks to the electronic board, the device automatically determines the residual voltage level in the connected battery, its type, and serviceability, and sets the correct battery charging mode.
Recovery Function
Thanks to the recovery option, the service life of a discharged battery can be extended for many years. Pulsed voltage from the charger is automatically supplied to the plates of the battery being charged. This allows for the removal of deposited salts over several operating cycles.
Three Charging Stages
The intelligent charger automatically operates according to a three-stage program. The first stage involves battery testing and subsequent desulfation. Then, the charge gradually increases to the main level. In the final stage, a 100% charge is maintained in pulse mode.
Safe Charging
The device is equipped with protection against high temperatures of heating elements. It switches the charger to a slow charging mode until it fully cools down. An important advantage of the device is the ability to connect the terminals to the battery without disconnecting it from the vehicle's electrical system. This preserves the generator, electronic units, and built-in equipment, ensuring high durability of the charger.
Digital Display and Protection Against Incorrect Connection
The front panel of the device features a digital display. It shows the charging current, allowing you to determine the stage of the charging process. The indicators on the device ensure stable operation. The charger connects to the battery using two wires. Each must be connected to the corresponding terminal. If, for any reason, the polarity is not observed, the indicator displays an error. This blocks the start of charging, preventing an emergency situation.

Cables
