Vitals Master TP 130RF Vibratory Plate
The Vitals Master TP 130RF vibratory plate is road construction equipment of the vibratory type, designed for compacting loose soil, laying paving slabs and cobblestones. This model will be indispensable for landscaping and territory improvement works. Thanks to its increased maneuverability, the vibratory plate can be used in areas difficult for heavy machinery and in small spaces. The presence of reverse travel (providing forward, backward, and on-site compaction) allows the vibratory plate to be used in narrow trenches and ditches, along walls and fences, and in other hard-to-reach places.
The Vitals Master TP 130RF vibratory plate features a compact design, high performance, ergonomics, reliability, ease of operation, and simplicity in use and maintenance.
A universal "Vitals" engine is used to power the vibrator, which has a vibration frequency of 5040 rpm. This engine is characterized by high power, fuel efficiency, and operational reliability. The engine is started using a manual starter. For ease of control, the throttle lever is located on the handle. The maximum travel speed of the vibratory plate is 22 m/min.
It is worth noting that this model has the highest vibration force (25 kN) among the Vitals product line. The degree of compaction of the processed material depends on this indicator.
The working part of the product is a compaction plate measuring 620x400 mm. The plate is made of durable metal with high wear resistance and increased fracture strength. The maximum compaction depth is 35 cm.
A special transport assembly is provided to facilitate loading and unloading of the vibratory plate.
