Description of Brunox Turbo-Spray lubricant:

Brunox Turbo-Spray is a universal synthetic lubricant in a 400 ml spray can, designed for daily maintenance, cleaning, and short-term preservation of weapons (up to six months). The product effectively dissolves small particles of gilding metal, gunpowder, and other metallic contaminants, penetrates into the most difficult-to-reach parts of mechanisms, and creates a protective, non-hardening film 1 to 2 µm thick, which prevents corrosion and moisture exposure. Wiping after treatment is not necessary, as the oil is non-sticky and forms a protective layer.

The composition and performance characteristics make Turbo-Spray a reliable assistant: 3% carbon dioxide as a propellant, 97% active substance, and Turboline additive, which ensures stable operation of the lubricant in a temperature range from -55°C to +80°C during normal operation and withstands short-term heating up to +160°C (e.g., during firing). The flash point of the lubricant is 78 °C, dynamic viscosity at 20°C is 6.5 mPa, and the pH value is neutral. Material consumption is 100 to 120 m2/L, lubricity index (Brugger) is 23 N/mm2, consistency is a non-hardening film of 64 mPa.

The lubricant does not contain Teflon, graphite, or silicone, is fully synthetic, safe for skin and materials: it does not harm wood, rubber, plastic, fabrics, or paint. Thanks to the convenient spray form, the product is applied quickly and accurately, suitable for regular weapon maintenance and short-term preservation (up to six months). Regular use is recommended to maintain the serviceability of mechanisms and protect against corrosion.
