Brief description and purpose

Brunox Turbo-Spray is a universal synthetic lubricant in a 100 ml spray, designed for daily cleaning, lubrication, and temporary preservation of weapons. The product effectively dissolves and removes fouling from gunpowder, gilding metal, and small metal particles, has high penetrating power, and reaches small pores in mechanisms, ensuring their reliable operation.

The lubricant creates a thin protective film (1 to 2 µm, approximately 2 µm stated in the description) that does not dry out or harden, displaces moisture for a long time, and prevents corrosion. After application, the oil does not necessarily need to be removed from the barrel bore, making it convenient for quick maintenance at the shooting range or during operation.

Composition and performance indicators

Turbo-Spray is 100% synthetic; it contains no graphite, silicone, or Teflon. The active substance in the lubricant is about 97%, and carbon dioxide (as a propellant) is approximately 3%. A special Turboline additive is used, which increases the stability and performance properties of the lubricant at temperatures from -55°C to +80°C, with short-term exposure up to +160°C.

Technical parameters: dynamic viscosity at 20 °C — 6.5 mPa (spray/dropper); flash point — 78 °C; thermal stability up to 160 °C short-term and up to 125 °C for long-term operation; pH value — neutral; consumption — 100 to 120 m2/l; lubricity (Brugger) — 23 N/mm2; consistency — non-hardening film 64 mPa.
