Description of the Vitals EZT 063g Electric Trimmer

The Vitals Master EZT 063g electric trimmer is designed for cutting grass. It is used where a wheeled lawnmower is impractical or inconvenient, and there is no need to cut thick stems and branches. This is the best tool for virtually precision work on small areas, slopes, in hard-to-reach places, and areas with uneven terrain. It can be used to trim around trees, bushes, fences, curbs, walls, and posts.

Electric Motor

This trimmer model has a minimum of moving and rotating parts. The motor is located in the lower part of the shaft. The spool with the line is attached directly to the shaft. There are no gears or clutches between the motor and the cutting tool, and therefore no associated power losses or noise. A relatively small power (550 W) is sufficient to develop high speeds (up to 183 rps) and thus ensure good performance.

The low noise level and absence of exhaust allow the trimmer to be used for work in enclosed spaces — conservatories and greenhouses.

The drive unit is equipped with a platform for attaching auxiliary elements.

Telescopic Shaft

The main element of the support structure — the shaft — is strong and lightweight because it is made of aluminum. It is not susceptible to corrosion, and therefore lasts a long time. The telescopic design of the shaft allows it to be extended to the optimal length for the operator. The shaft is equipped with a convenient collet clamp.

Front Handle

The front handle has an adjustable tilt angle. Together with the length-adjustable shaft, this allows the unit to be perfectly balanced, giving it an optimal shape and size for the operator, and preventing fatigue during operation.

Main Handle

The main handle is equipped with a rubberized pad that prevents the hand from slipping. The main handle has an on/off switch. This ensures comfortable motor control and increases safety.

Adjustable Trimmer Head

The articulated attachment of the cutting head to the shaft has stepped fixation. This allows you to choose the optimal tilt angle — from horizontal to vertical. In addition, it is possible to rotate the head 90° counter-clockwise and cut vegetation directly along curbs and walls.

Guide Roller

Next to the motor, on the platform, there is a four-section cylindrical roller. It helps guide the trimmer's movement when cutting along walls and curbs, preventing dangerous proximity of the cutting head to them.

Protective Guard

The trimmer is equipped with a large protective guard. It is made of durable plastic and effectively protects the operator from injuries in case of hard objects bouncing off if the cutting tool hits them. The guard is equipped with a fixed blade for cutting off excess line length.

Hook for Power Cable Fixation

For safety, the trimmer's electrical cable has a short length. There is a hook on the tool body for attaching an extension cable.

Automatic Spool

The spool is equipped with an Auto Feed system, which automatically feeds the line during trimmer operation, thereby ensuring its specified length. The maximum cutting diameter is 270 mm.
