T-bar Row Machine with Chest Support – commercial grade for use in gyms.

The machine is designed for the T-bar row exercise with chest support. Due to the chest and torso support, it allows for emphasis on the back muscles and requires much less effort to maintain the correct exercise trajectory. The main load is on the latissimus dorsi, rhomboid, and deltoid muscles of the back. The footrest is height-adjustable to suit the athlete's height. Position changes are made with spring-loaded fasteners, so you only need to pull the fastener with one hand and move it to the desired height with the other.

The machine's backrests are made of PU foam, which has the necessary density for comfortable workouts; the backrests will never completely compress even at maximum machine load.

A rubber bumper is installed in the lower position of the bar to reduce noise. The bumper is on the weight plate sleeve, and the weight plate sleeve itself is angled so that the plates rotate less during the exercise and make less noise.
