KENTAVR 404X Tractor — Reliable and Functional 40-hp Diesel Tractor
The KENTAVR 404X is equipped with a 4-cylinder KM490BT diesel engine with a displacement of 2545 cm³ and a direct fuel injection system. The absence of turbocharging is compensated by stable operation and fuel efficiency.
Engine and Air Filtration
A filter with an oil bath, metal mesh, and cyclone provides reliable engine protection against contaminants. An electric glow plug is used for easier starting in cold weather. A 65-liter fuel tank ensures long autonomous operation.
Transmission and Control
The mechanical transmission has a (4×2)+(4×2) shifting formula, which includes 4 main speeds and 2 reduction gears with neutral. A separate reverse gearbox is present. The clutch is single-function, twin-disc, constantly closed type. Hydrostatic power steering with a separate pump and oil tank ensures precise and easy steering. The rear drum brakes have separate pedals with the option of synchronous operation.
Chassis and Attachments
The 4×4 wheel formula provides good cross-country capability on various terrains. The rear universal 3-point hitch system with a closed-type hydraulic cylinder supports attachments, PTO speeds are 540 and 1000 rpm. The hydraulic system has 2 outlets with quick-release couplings for connecting implements.
Ergonomics and Equipment
The tractor does not have a cab, but the shock-absorbing seat with steering wheel distance adjustment and armrests provides comfort for the driver. The instrument panel is multifunctional, with a digital pressure gauge. The flat floor adds convenience. There is an electrical socket for a trailer, basic lighting, rearview mirrors, a horn, and hazard warning lights.
This tractor is suitable for work on medium-sized areas, in private farms, and the municipal sector.
