Description

KENTAVR 404SC Tractor — Powerful 4×4 Diesel with Comfortable Cab

KENTAVR 404SC is a versatile 40 hp diesel tractor with 4×4 all-wheel drive, combining performance, reliability, and operator comfort.

Engine

Equipped with a 4-cylinder JDM490T3 diesel engine with a displacement of 2545 cm³ and a nominal power of 40 hp. Starting system is an electric starter with safe start. Cooling is liquid, closed, with an expansion tank. The fuel system includes a sedimenter with a tap, a JX0809 fine fuel filter, and the air filter is a metal mesh with an oil bath and a monocyclone. Air preheating in the intake manifold ensures reliable operation in cold weather.

Transmission and Chassis

Mechanical gear transmission with 4 forward and 1 reverse gear, plus reduction and overdrive gearboxes. There is no reverse shuttle. The tractor is equipped with rear drum brakes and a parking brake with main brake lock. The disconnectable front axle is controlled from the cab. Power steering (PS) with a double-acting symmetrical hydraulic cylinder, and a quick-steering handle. Tire sizes are 7.50-16 (front), 11.2-24 (rear).

Hitch System and PTO

Rear universal three-point hitch system with a hydraulic lift featuring a built-in single-section three-mode plunger valve. Maximum lifting capacity of the hitch mechanism is 550 kg. The rear splined power take-off (PTO) operates at 640 and 800 rpm. Simultaneous PTO connection and towing are possible. There are 2 hydraulic outlets for attachments.

Comfort and Electrical Equipment

The cab with heating, fan, front wiper, and radio provides operator comfort in any weather. The seat is cushioned, with adjustment for distance to the steering wheel. The instrument panel is combined, with analog and light indicators. Electrical equipment includes a 14 V 750 W generator, a 100 Ah battery, a protected electrical socket for trailer connection, a horn, emergency alarm, and cab lighting.
