WarmFlex 2.0 is a multifunctional elastic "tube" designed as part of a layered system for neck and head protection. By combining rapid moisture wicking, efficient evaporation, and quick drying, the product maintains a comfortable body temperature and reduces the risk of overheating or hypothermia during intense physical activity and prolonged wear in the field.

The fabric construction with flat seams makes it comfortable to wear under a helmet or on its own. The neck gaiter can serve as a helmet liner, balaclava, scarf, or mask; its extended shape provides better fixation and prevents slipping during active movements.

Two-component construction and materials

• Warm part: innovative Himatec 100 series fleece — a lightweight, elastic material that retains heat through air layers in its fibers, while providing good ventilation. The fleece dries quickly, wicks away moisture, and has an antibacterial treatment to limit microorganism growth.
• Cool part: thin elastic CoolPass Single Jersey fabric with antibacterial treatment. COOLPASS® fibers absorb moisture, distribute it evenly across the surface, and promote rapid evaporation, creating a cooling sensation. The thin weave is almost imperceptible on the body, enhancing wearing comfort.

The WarmFlex 2.0 modification features an improved shape: the fleece part is trapezoidal and extended in the front area. This geometry improves the fit, reduces fabric bunching during movement, and additionally protects the chest by covering a larger body area.
