The professional plate carrier from the WARMOR brand is a versatile tactical vest designed for the modern operator, combining comfort, modularity, and reliable protection. The Warmor gen.3 Pro model is made in Multicam camouflage and is intended for use in field conditions where speed of action and adaptability to various tasks are paramount.

Materials and Construction

The plate carrier is made of high-quality Cordura 1000D fabric — an ultra-durable material, resistant to abrasion (over 50,000 cycles), moisture-resistant, non-flammable, and low-observable with night-vision devices. The inner part features a spacer mesh for air circulation and enhanced comfort during prolonged wear. Ventilation is provided by a 3D damper with a ventilation mesh.

Ballistic Capabilities and Compatibility

The plate carrier is designed for standard-sized ballistic plates of 250x300 mm, which are secured by a double attachment system. The cummerbunds are equipped with hook-and-loop fasteners and allow for the insertion of side ballistic soft armor. Side protection is implemented with straps that allow for the installation of standard protective plates made of molecular polyethylene on a flexible base.

Modularity and Pouches

The front panel is covered with M.O.L.L.E. webbing, allowing for the installation of various pouches and accessories. The plate carrier set includes: plate carrier + 3 AK pouches + 2 grenade pouches + first-aid kit (IFAK) + dump pouch. Attachments around the entire perimeter (front, sides, back) allow for securing additional elements and using extra hook-and-loop fasteners.

Ease of Use and Quick Release

The design is based on six main elements: front panel, back panel, 2 cummerbunds, and 2 shoulder straps. The shoulder pads are removable for individual configuration. Original Italian hardware provides quick side and top release of the vest in 1 second, allowing rescuers and medics to quickly access the torso in an emergency.
