Material and construction: The plate carrier is made from Cordura 1000d — a strong and durable fabric that withstands intensive use. The seams are stitched with reinforced thread. The material is resistant to washing (over 50,000 cycles), moisture-resistant, and wear-resistant. Ballistic inserts are not included.

Plate sizes and compatibility: Front plate size: 25/30 cm. Side plate size: 17/12 cm. These parameters allow for the use of standard armor plates of corresponding sizes.

Attachment system and pouches: The plate carrier is equipped with a M.O.L.L.E system on the front and back, allowing for the addition of extra equipment and pouches as needed. The front features three M.O.L.L.E chest pockets for 3 magazines. The sides have 6 M.O.L.L.E pockets for magazines or other accessories. The back has two pouches for a first-aid kit and other accessories.

Functional features and comfort: The chest and back are equipped with a damping breathable mesh fabric that provides ventilation and reduces overheating during active operations. Built-in soft shoulder pads ensure comfort and prolonged wear, reducing pressure on the shoulders when fully loaded. Quick-release buckles on the shoulders and sides allow for quick donning or doffing of the plate carrier — a quick-release function (release in 1 second).
