Description of Vitals Fix All-Season Gun Foam 65 L 870 ml

Vitals Fix all-season gun foam with a volume of 870 ml and an output of up to 65 liters is a high-quality one-component polyurethane mounting foam. It is designed for professional use during construction and renovation.

The foam has high adhesion and provides reliable bonding to various materials such as concrete, brick, wood, and metal. After full curing, it can be easily cut, sanded, and painted. The foam also provides excellent thermal and sound insulation, which helps retain heat and reduce noise levels indoors.

Scope of application:

• Used for fixing and insulating pipelines, preventing heat loss and reducing noise levels;
• Suitable for various finishing works, such as fastening wall panels and window sills;
• Excellent properties when working both indoors and outdoors.

Application temperature range:

• Ambient temperature from -10°C to +35°C;
• Can temperature from +18°C to +25°C.

Recommendations for use:

• Shake the can thoroughly for 30 seconds before use;
• Remove the protective cap and screw the can onto the gun. The foam output speed and quantity are regulated by pressing the trigger and using the gun's screw. The can should be upside down during operation;
• Apply foam to a pre-moistened surface;
• It is recommended to fill the joint by 2/3. Deep joints, more than 10 cm, should be filled in 2-3 passes, observing a time interval of 5-10 minutes between layers, and each layer should be additionally moistened. Excess foam can be easily cut with a knife after hardening;
• After using the gun, it must be cleaned with foam cleaner;
• The foam surface after hardening must be protected from UV radiation – treated with paint, protected with trim, etc.;
• It is not recommended to remove the can until it is completely used, to avoid uncontrolled foam release and contamination of the gun.
