How Vacuum Pressure Works
Fill the water chamber (240 ml reservoir volume), insert the coffee basket (maximum basket capacity 16 g), and let it drop. While holding the yellow ring, twist the structure to create vacuum pressure: water will be drawn through the bottom of the basket and pass through the coffee grounds. When the water chamber is completely filled and extraction is complete, cover the coffee maker with the lid and enjoy your drink. The recommended coffee-to-water ratio is about 1:15 (1 g of ground coffee per 15 ml of water); the best grind is medium or medium-fine.
