The Vitals DHC-501 Diesel Heater is an industrial indirect-fired diesel heater designed for efficient heating of large premises with the ability to vent exhaust gases outside. With 50 kW of power, high performance, and automated control, this model is ideal for use on construction sites, in warehouses, greenhouses, pavilions, and other commercial or technical facilities where people or animals are present.

Power and Rapid Heating

The Vitals DHC-501 has a thermal output of 50 kW, allowing it to heat rooms up to 500 m² (provided insulation and ceiling height up to 3 m). The airflow is 2000 m³/h, ensuring fast and even heating of the space. Thanks to its indirect heating type, the heater does not release combustion products into the room.

Economy and Autonomy

Equipped with a 69 L fuel tank, the heater can operate for up to 14 hours without refueling. Fuel consumption is 4 kg/h (4.7 L/h), providing good economy at high power. This autonomy allows the device to be operated for a full workday without operator intervention.

Automation and Safety

All main processes — ignition, air supply, combustion, and emergency shutdown — are carried out automatically. The built-in thermostat allows maintaining a stable room temperature. In case of flame extinction, the control system shuts off the fuel supply, and the overheating protection function turns off the device if a critical temperature is reached.
