Description of the Kentavr MB 1012D Power Tiller
Structurally, the Kentavr diesel power tiller models with water cooling are almost identical; the difference lies in the power of their engines (8, 10, and 12 hp) and their starting method. Models with the "D" index have only manual engine start. Models with the "DE" index are equipped with an electric starter, which significantly simplifies starting, especially at low ambient temperatures. In addition to the electric starter, the electrical equipment kit includes a battery, ignition switch, ammeter, and master switch. The electrical equipment is housed in a durable metal box mounted on the power tiller's handlebars. Power tillers with manual start can be retrofitted with an electric starter. However, this operation requires not only additional financial investment for purchasing components, including replacing the flywheel, but also sufficient technical qualification from the installer, as partial disassembly of the power tiller is necessary.
