The DTZ 440DN power tiller (4.00-8 wheels) is one of the lightest and easiest to operate among mid-range DTZ power tillers. Very compact, maneuverable, and convenient.
The main difference from the popular DTZ 470BN model is a 4 hp diesel engine.
The diesel engine is significantly more economical than a gasoline engine, better withstands prolonged operation under load, maintains high torque when revolutions decrease, and therefore, traction.
The power tiller is equipped with a V-belt drive, which simultaneously serves as power transmission, clutch, active attachment connection unit, and a safety system element.
The air filter with an external air intake on the handlebar significantly extends the engine's service life.
The working width of the tiller is variable: 570 and 810 mm.
The kit also includes plant protection discs — they prevent plants from being covered with soil and damaged by the tiller during operation, and also reduce the load on the gearbox shaft.
