Description

EW module (400–500 MHz band) of Ukrainian production from the manufacturer BlueBird is a professional component for electronic warfare systems, combining high reliability, ease of integration, and serviceability. The device was created in Ukraine for direct integration into existing EW platforms without the need for structural changes or complex adaptation. The module's design is optimized for field operation: all mechanical connections are fixed, which increases resistance to vibrations and external influences, and simplifies maintenance and operational repair.

The module uses an original, proprietary generator that forms a dense and uniform jam with a variable sawtooth waveform, ensuring effective suppression of control channels, including those with frequency hopping spread spectrum (FHSS). The module demonstrates a stable output power of at least 50 W, reaching 60 W in some versions, which guarantees effectiveness in the operating range of 400–500 MHz.

Special attention has been paid to component protection and automatic load control: at a VSWR of 1:3, the module maintains full output power, and at a VSWR exceeding 1:6, power is automatically reduced to protect against overloads and extend service life. Each product undergoes individual tuning and verification on professional measuring equipment, ensuring reproducibility of characteristics and compliance with declared parameters in serial production.
