Controls
Control combines an electronic button and a rotary switch on the front panel. The operation algorithm is simple and intuitive: press and hold — turn on/off; short presses when the device is on switch between red modes. To change brightness in Group A, rotate the switch clockwise; in Group B — counter-clockwise. To simultaneously activate bottom lighting and 360° illumination, rotate the switch, then press and hold the button, after which the desired intensity of each light type is set by step-wise rotation and short presses.
Power Source and Indication
The lantern is powered by one 21700 Li-ion battery (included ARB-L21-5000 V2.0) with a capacity of 5000 mAh. The charge lasts for at least 17 days of operation in typical mode. 18650 batteries from the ARB-L18 series can be used if a special holder is available. Battery access is achieved by unscrewing the top cover of the housing.
The charge level is displayed by LED indicators above the rotary switch:
- 4 indicators: 100% - 80%;
- 3 indicators: 80% - 60%;
- 2 indicators: 60% - 40%;
- 1 indicator: 40% – 20%;
- 1 indicator flashing: 20% - 1%.
The housing features a USB Type-C input port for charging the battery (charging time approximately 3.5 hours) and a USB-A output, allowing the lantern to be used as a portable Power Bank for charging smartphones or small electronics.
