The NETGEAR GS724TPP Gigabit managed switch has 24 10/100/1000 Mbps ports, each of which can provide data transfer speeds of up to 2000 Mbps in full-duplex mode and supports PoE+, as well as two additional SFP ports for fiber optic cable connections. It supports Voice over IP (VoIP), multimedia streaming, multicasting, security, and various bandwidth-intensive applications for SMB networks.
The GS724TPP supports a wide range of network features, including Access Control Lists (ACLs), 802.1x port authentication, QoS, rate limiting, and IGMP snooping, to provide small and medium-sized businesses with network capabilities that will not lose their performance, efficiency, and reliability with increasing traffic and emerging tasks.
The intuitive web interface makes it easy to monitor switch performance, configure ports, manage VLAN subnets, and prioritize traffic. Alternatively, SNMP v1/v2/v3-based software can be used to manage the switch, collecting and tracking data for network status monitoring, device management, and implementing necessary control rules and policies. NETGEAR ProSafe Smart switches are ideal for adding basic management features to your unmanaged network or expanding the capabilities of managed networks.
