The GS108LP unmanaged switch delivers power and data over a single Ethernet cable (CAT-5e) to devices such as IP cameras, VoIP/internet phones, wireless access points, and more. NETGEAR's unique PoE technology automatically balances PoE power based on device needs, regardless of the detected PoE class. This switch provides the power required by the device at a granular level. Exceptional power flexibility with NETGEAR's exclusive FlexPoE technology. You can increase or decrease the PoE budget simply by purchasing a new NETGEAR power supply.
The GS108LP features 8 Gigabit Ethernet PoE+ copper ports with NETGEAR FlexPoE power. All ports support PoE/PoE+ up to 30W per port. The GS108LP comes with a 60W PoE power budget. If you need more power in the future, instead of replacing the entire switch, with NETGEAR FlexPoE you can purchase an additional NETGEAR FlexPoE EPS90W or EPS130W power adapter, which will increase the PoE budget of your GS108LP.
