Description

YRRC 3DR 433MHz 1000mW Radio Telemetry Kit from YRRC is a ready-to-use solution for telemetry transmission between an airborne autopilot (APM, Pixhawk, PX4) and a ground station. This kit is compatible with APM, Pixhawk, and PX4 and allows connecting the ground module to a computer, laptop, or tablet via USB (OTG), ensuring full-featured real-time data exchange.

Description and Features

The kit is built on HopeRF HM-TRP radio modules with SiLabs Si1000 RF microcontrollers and operates in the 433 MHz band. The system provides full-duplex communication and MAVLink protocol support, allowing you to receive GPS coordinates, current power voltage, heading, waypoints, artificial horizon, and other flight data directly on the ground station map. Its small size and low weight make the kit ideal for drones, quadcopters, and DIY projects where a reliable wireless serial data interface is required.

Compatibility and Configuration

The SiK firmware includes a bootloader with the ability to update via the serial interface. Updates and configuration are fully supported in APM Mission Planner, and configuration is also possible via the 3DR Radio configurator and AT commands. The interface connects via a standard serial port with 5V TTL-serial level or via FT232 USB serial, ensuring simple and universal connection to various platforms. Adaptive control is supported when used with APM, as well as the ability to control the aircraft via a joystick from a computer.
