Aroma Balance System

Nivona's Aroma Balance System is a technology in automatic coffee machines that allows you to adjust the coffee extraction process to achieve different flavor profiles. How does it work? It controls how water passes through the coffee puck:

• flow rate;
• brewing duration.

This affects which aromatic and flavor components are extracted from the beans. Why is this needed? A coffee bean contains up to 800 aromatic notes. With the 5 profiles of the Aroma Balance System, you can influence the taste by changing the brewing method.

SPUMATORE DUOplus Sense Cappuccinatore

There's no such thing as too much delicious and aromatic coffee. Thanks to the new SPUMATORE DUOplus Sense cappuccinatore, integrated into the coffee machine's spout, you can prepare 2 cups of espresso or 2 cups of latte or cappuccino with thick, delicate, creamy foam simultaneously with just one touch.

Flying picture

With Flying Picture Mode, you can upload your company logo, a family photo, or your favorite image for standby mode. Simply select the image in the app and transfer it to the display with just a few gestures.

Cappuccino Connaisseur

The barista pours espresso into fine-pored milk foam. Fully automatic coffee machines usually do it the other way around. With Cappuccino Connaisseur, you decide the order in which espresso and milk foam enter the cup.

Americano Connoisseur

Perfect Americano: does water or coffee come first? Choose according to your taste for greater enjoyment of Americano coffee.

Chilled brew

Chilled brew - unlike Cold brew, chilled coffee is prepared quickly at a lower temperature. The result is a refreshing, aromatic coffee that is served immediately in the cup. What does this mean? New flavors, new enjoyment.
