Design and Technology Description

The Nano MAG magnesium frame provides high strength with minimal weight. The straps feature a new PVC design and are located inside the frame, ensuring stable fixation without discomfort. Removable pads with silicone inserts are provided on the inside of the straps for anti-migration fixation.

Lock and Load Technology™ is implemented through three points of directed pressure and the ability to adjust one of the side plates using special locks and a key — the plate is set depending on the type of deformity (varus or valgus). This allows for more precise load redistribution and pain reduction.

OA Hinge

The OA Nano hinge is designed to replicate the anatomical movements of the knee joint. It features additional wedges for 10° extension fixation and soft telescopic pads on the inside of the hinge, which enhances user comfort and further relieves stress on the joint.
